职位描述

1、负责游戏IP合作项目的日常监修工作，包括资料整理、送审、进度跟踪及结果反馈

2、作为核心沟通桥梁，独立或协助对接日本版权方并与内部团队进行高效协调

3、收集并梳理监修流程中各环节的问题，推动问题解决，确保项目顺利推进

4、负责监修相关资料的翻译与校对工作，协助优化监修流程与标准

5、维护与版权方的长期合作伙伴关系

职位要求

1、日语口语流利，能够独立与日方进行商务沟通，具备良好的商务日语文书撰写能力，有日本留学或工作经验者优先

2、有2-3年游戏行业经验，有IP游戏监修、项目管理或运营相关经验者优先

3、热爱游戏和动漫文化，对主流游戏平台和作品有较多涉猎（熟悉荒野行动为加分项）

4、具备出色的沟通协调能力、逻辑分析能力和项目管理能力，做事耐心细致

5、工作态度积极，有强烈的责任心和抗压能力，性格开朗，具备团队合作精神
