Job Description
We are looking for a skilled SME with strong expertise in Netskope, Network Security, and SOC Operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, monitoring, and supporting enterprise cloud security solutions while ensuring effective threat detection, incident response, and SOC integration.
Responsibilities
- Design & implement Netskope solutions Configure and administer:
- * Secure Web Gateway (SWG)
- * Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB)
- * Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- A Integrate Netskope with SIEM, IAM/SSO, EDR/XDR, endpoint security, and firewall platforms Support SOC operations including alert monitoring, threat detection, incident investigation, and log analysis
- Assist in SIEM correlation, policy tuning, troubleshooting, and incident response
- Provide L2/L3 technical support and operational troubleshooting
- Collaborate with SOC, cloud, network, and security teams
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and deployment guides
- Strong hands-on experience with Netskope and SOC
- Good understanding of SOC operations, SIEM, and incident response workflows
- Knowledge of cloud security, network security, and Zero Trust architecture
- Experience in security monitoring, threat analysis, and log correlation
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
