OâNeill Europe is looking for a new Design Intern, September 2026! If youâre into design, and want to make a real impact, this internship is your chance to jump into action with a legendary surf and snow brand.
An internship in the Product department gives you the opportunity to work with the design team on developing and growing OâNeillâs product business.
What Youâll Be Doing
- đ: Prepare color inspiration boards for kick-off & preparation;
- đââď¸: Help develop new styles;đŞđ˝: Drive innovation & sustainability within the OâNeill product team;
- đ: Work with production teams on specific design needs;
- đ : Research trends & share findings with the design team;
- đ¨: Help build technical design sheets for the styles across the range;
- đď¸: Work as a team on daily updates to re-energize the range through new shapes, fabric, trims & print programs.
- đ Your Background: Design background or education;
- â¤ď¸ Availability: as of September 2026 for a minimum of 6 months;
- đť Skills: Youâre experienced with Adobe Illustrator (you donât need to be the best, but we really need someone who knows their way around the program);
- đŁ Communication: Youâre fluent with the English language skills;
- đĄ Attitude: You pay attention to detail, youâre eager to learn and you like to take risks.
