Role Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – OEM Relations, reporting into the Business Head. In this role, you'll be instrumental in advancing our mission by Onboarding / Managing Onboarding OEM relationships and tailoring solutions to meet both their expressed and unspoken needs. Beginning with our user-friendly paylater services that simplify payments, you'll extend our suite of solutions that fuel the OEM’s growth. This includes solutions to enhance OEM loyalty, analytics for informed decision-making, seamless billing & Expanding Width of Distribution, Signing up for various Value added services offered by Pinelabs.
The Responsibilities We Entrust You With
Increase EMI Penetration in OEM: Closely working with OEM to increase their counter share & market share.OEM Onboarding / Engagement: Identifying Potential OEM / Signing off / Build Cordial relation with OEM HO & OEM regional teams to understand the Business Opportunity / challenges / needs and build a trusting relationship.Solution Crafting: Use your product knowledge to create clear and practical solutions for OEM and explain them in a clear and relatable manner.Analytics: Data Mining to give market insights / directions to OEM for making them competitive.Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends and competition. Share insights to improve our products.Process guardian: Diligently following our processes for getting schemes, enabling them, following our compliance policies and procedures, fulfilling necessary documentation and reporting for sales management.
What Matters In This Role
Relevant work experience: Prior experience in Key Account management, Solution Selling, EMI Deals, White goods sales is desirable but not necessaryYears of work experience: 6 years +Educational Qualification: Any Graduate/ MBA preferred.
