Responsibilities
- Greet and assist service customers promptly and courteously.
- Schedule service appointments and manage customer communications.
- Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide detailed information about services offered and pricing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Assist in managing waiting area and service desk appearance.
- Support service team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software is a plus.
- Competitive hourly wage of $20.00-25.00, paid weekly.
