Culmen is looking for a Pratt and Whitney Field Service Representative (FSR) to provide support in building our partner nation's readiness goals.
This position is based onsite at Moi Air Base in Nairobi, Kenya.
Partnership Focus
- Provide technical assistance to strengthen supply procedures for Pratt & Whitney engine spares and repairs, including inventory management, provisioning, distribution, and materiel ordering.
- Build KAF self-reliance through embedded mentorship, advisory support, and targeted training in Pratt & Whitney engine maintenance, troubleshooting, and logistics management.
- Increase KAF organic capability to maintain and repair Pratt & Whitney engines through on-site technical guidance and hands-on training at designated Kenyan air bases.
- Establish a resilient logistics network within the KAF to ensure timely access to spare parts, equipment, and resources required to sustain Pratt & Whitney engine support.
- Develop and maintain a Pratt & Whitney technical resources library.
- Define and implement procedures to inspect, test, troubleshoot, and complete scheduled and unscheduled repairs on Pratt & Whitney engines.
- Conduct trend analysis.
- Perform internal and external process audits.
- Maintain required documentation and support artifacts for Pratt & Whitney engines.
- Audit contractor certifications and authorizations within the Republic of Kenya.
- Audit the publications and technical orders library.
- Implement quality control programs.
- Maintain maintenance logs.
- Manage spare parts inventory.
- Oversee life-cycle maintenance management for Pratt & Whitney engines.
- Previous working experience in Kenya.
