Sitecore Developer - .Net Framework

We are seeking an experienced Sitecore Developer (10+ years) to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Sitecore solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and robust digital experiences. This is a remote role requiring strong technical expertise, independent problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Sitecore-based web applications.
• Implement new features, components, and templates using Sitecore CMS and related technologies.
• Customize Sitecore pipelines, workflows, and content authoring experiences.
• Integrate Sitecore with third-party applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing Sitecore applications.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
• Perform upgrades, patches, and version migrations as required.
• Work closely with designers, business analysts, and other developers to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Contribute to technical design discussions, providing expertise in Sitecore architecture and development best practices.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Follow coding standards, version control, and software development best practices.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility, security, and performance guidelines.
• Stay updated with latest Sitecore releases, tools, and industry trends to enhance solution quality.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with a strong background in Sitecore CMS development.
• Hands-on expertise in Sitecore 9.x/10.x (development, customization, upgrades, and migrations).
• Strong proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Experience in front-end technologies : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular/React (preferred).
• Knowledge of Sitecore Helix and Habitat architecture.
• Experience with Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), xDB, and Sitecore Headless Services (JSS/SXA).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Sitecore certifications (e.g., Sitecore Certified Developer, Sitecore 10 Developer) highly desirable.
• Experience with cloud-hosted Sitecore environments (Azure PaaS, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to personalization, marketing automation, and analytics in Sitecore.
