Propel Schools is seeking a Head Varsity Flag Football Coach for the 2026 spring season at:
- Propel Braddock Hills High School
- Propel Andrew St. High School
- Propel Montour High School
- Prior flag football coaching experience
- Preferred candidates will have student-athlete experience on the high school and/or intercollegiate level, prior high school coaching experience, & USATF certification
- Must possess effective coaching technique and skills
- Must possess knowledge of rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport
- Responsibility for assembling his/her volunteer coaching staff
- Responsibility of coordinating a high school track program with the assistant coach and athletic director
- High level of personal organization and planning
- Strong communication and relationship building skills with student-athletes & families
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development

In 2003, Propel Schools started as a dream. The dream was to build an organization capable of transforming public education in Southwestern Pennsylvania so that all children have access to high-performing public schools. Today, that dream is a reality. The first school opened in 2003 with 180 children, operating out of a small hospital basement. In the 2017-18 school year, approximately 4,000 K-12 scholars attended our 13 schools in Homestead, Hazelwood, McKeesport, Montour, Munhall, Turtle Creek, Braddock Hills, Northside, and Pitcairn.
