Asset Management support and compliance of government property for NSS contracts. Additional support and coordination with other Space contracts and locations. Support to include but not limited to evaluation of property records for compliance and accuracy, physical inventory and disposition activities, shipment verifications, DCMA Audit support, GFX attachments, CDRL, etc. Record maintenance/updates in Property Business Systems (PBS) database to include auditable data fields and supporting documentation, property record creation, in accordance with FAR 52.245-1, DFAR 252.245 and/or LM Property Management Procedure requirements. Facilitation of Asset Management requirements with the Property Custodian (PC) community. Property record analysis in accordance with FAR 52.245-1, DFARs and/or LM Property Management Procedure requirements. May be responsible for providing guidance and training to company personnel on the application of business system processes, interpretation of laws and regulations and compliance requirements.

Desired Skills

SAP experience.

DAU Property Certification and/or NPMA Property Certification, or in the process of obtaining.

Experience using and understanding of the GFP Module within PIEE.

Familiar with internal systems (ATS, SharePoint, etc.).

Experienced working in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (OneNote, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

2+ years of related experience

Currently active Top Secret clearance
