Purchasing / Procurement / Inventory
- Performs purchasing activities on a branch level following prescribed procedures to support the daily operations of the store
- Prepares material requisition and documents for submission to Head Office
- Prepares and monitors purchase orders, customer order reports, and open purchase orders
- Prepares business reviews of top concessionaires
- Receives and reviews promo, price revision, and new codes for uploading into the system.
- Prepares other purchasing reports based on the defined timeline.
- Coordinates with the suppliers and head office purchasing on concerns such as but not limited to deliveries, stock replenishments, promos, prices, and return to vendor.
- Performs other functions assigned that are relevant to the job.
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in business. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Must be proficient in using productivity tools and software.
- With a background in retail operations and purchasing roles is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in the merchandise display and keen on details.
- Willing to work six days a week, including holidays

Founded on July 1, 2003, CW Marketing & Development Corporation is a joint venture of Cebu Oversea and Hardware, Inc. and Westpoint Industrial Company., Inc., with both excellent standing in the business of hardware retail store, construction product importation, and some real estate developments in the country.
CW Group introduced the first store-within-store retail concept in Ortigas that offers high-quality building, finishing, and furnishing products for both residential and commercial use. The store’s unique platform offers a one-stop-shop shopping convenience similar to a shopping mall’s that provides a wide range of product categories for every construction need. CW Home Depot also houses various specialty stores which cater to a more specific requirement of a customer.
All CW Home Depots are strategically laid out into 4 divisions namely the Home Builders’ Superstore or its D-I-Y Section, the Home Interior Superstore, the Home Appliance Superstore and a roster of Specialty Stores.
In October 20, 2004, CW Home Depot launched its flagship branch, the “Ortigas Home Depot” to the public as a result of a growing demand for quality finishing and furnishing materials. Its incomparable shopping convenience as well as the vast product selection rapidly gained prominence to both homeowners and builders which resulted to opening of several more outlets in the country.
CW Home Depot has opened more branches to cater its growing clientele. It opened its 2nd branch on January 25, 2006 in Westgate, Alabang. In 2009, two more branches were opened, its Balintawak Branch on January 27, 2009 and San Fernando, Pampanga Branch on May 25, 2009.
As CW Group brought its unique retail platform to more people. They opened its 5th branch in Commonwealth on September 12, 2013 which later followed its 6th branch in Sta. Rosa, Laguna on November 11, 2015, and Imus, Cavite City last July 11, 2017. The latest branch they opened was in Taytay, Rizal last April 18, 2024.
