Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior–Intermediate Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing iQ AI team. In this role, you will help design, build, and scale modern web applications and AI-driven products that integrate with Qualifacts’ core platform.
You will collaborate with product managers, AI engineers, and senior developers to deliver high-quality features that bring AI capabilities into real-world healthcare workflows.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who wants to work on AI-enabled products, modern cloud infrastructure, and scalable full-stack systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack features for AI-powered healthcare applications
- Develop modern frontend interfaces using frameworks such as React or Next.js
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies
- Integrate AI and data-driven features into product workflows
- Work with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to deploy and scale applications
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ship new features
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and security
Required
- 0-2 years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience building full-stack web applications
- Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React preferred)
- Experience building REST APIs or backend services
- Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
- Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, version control (Git), and testing practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Experience with AI/ML integrations or LLM-based applications
- Experience with Python for backend or data processing
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Experience with Docker or containerized deployments
- Exposure to healthcare, EHR systems, or regulated environments
- Experience with event-driven architectures or microservices
- AI copilots for clinicians and administrative staff
- Intelligent workflow automation tools
