Quality Assurance Project Manager

Gray Zone Warfare has been under development in our bustling offices for more than three years. This new game is an immersive tactical FPS with a maximum focus on realism, immersive gameplay, and stunning graphics powered by Unreal Engine 5. As a QA Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of quality assurance on the Gray Zone Warfare project, driving processes, managing the QA team, and collaborating closely with developers, producers, and leads. You’ll be instrumental in establishing QA best practices, growing the QA team, and ensuring our AA/AAA online and multiplayer title meets the highest quality standards

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING

• FOR:5–7 years of game industry QA experience with at least 3 years in a leadership r
• ole.Proven experience building QA teams and processes from the ground
• up.Hands-on experience with large-scale AA/AAA online or multiplayer ga
• mes.Strong understanding of Functional QA and DevTest methodolog
• ies.Experience with bug tracking, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Confluen
• ce).Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational ski
• lls.Passion for games and a keen eye for detail in user experience and gameplay qual
