We are currently seeking recruiting for an experienced operations candidate to lead the quarry team as a Quarry Manager based at our Red Hill Quarry, WA

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager Aggregates, this role is a multi-faceted role leading the quarry operations and overseeing the daily management, production, health & safety, operational development, and financial activities.

In Your New Role, You Will Be

  • Leading and managing people while bringing your team along the journey to successfully achieve goals
  • Making business decisions that impact the overall performance of the business, including achieving agreed targets / KPIs, financial planning, business development, and managing costs within budget
  • Managing the daily operations where you are responsible for quarry development, environmental management, and preventative maintenance schedules
  • Focused on continuing our approach to environmental improvement and maintaining our reputation within the industry as a responsible and industry leader
  • Bring a strong safety mindset and manage high risk activities and reduce risk exposure for self and others
