Job Summary
- Directs and coordinates the policies, objectives, initiatives, and programs for the delivery of physical therapy programs to patients
- Oversees the performance of the physical therapy staff
- Ensures the physical therapy division follows regulatory compliance requirements and standard procedures
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Bachelor's degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy required
- 7+ years of experience in the field
- License to practice in Texas is required
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
