Design Reviews
- Performs the Design Reviews on site for all projects for his(her) scope of ownership.
- Assesses the implementation of his(her) standards and the technical risks (incl. manufacturability) based on a detailed checklist.
- Supports and challenges the engineering team in defining action plan and tracks progress.
- Supports the engineering teams to solve difficult technical issues when needed.
- Assesses de-standardization requests issued by project teams.
- Performs trainings to worldwide simultaneous engineering teams (through a Technical Institute)
- Prepare and attend VISTRONIC Monthly Raise Committee
- Participate to [Raise-LCP-VIST] workshops
