We’re adding a Senior Multi-Axis Machinist to our weekend shift team. You’ll produce precision components using CNC and manual equipment in a culture that prizes craft, innovation, and teamwork.

Schedule & compensation

  • Weekend shift: Friday–Sunday
  • Work 36 hours and be paid for 40
  • 15% shift differential
  • Location: Grantsburg, WI

Key duties

  • Set up and operate CNC and manual machines to deliver high-quality parts.
  • Consistently maintain tight tolerances on critical features.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications for accuracy.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Oversee production runs, adjusting parameters to uphold quality standards.
  • Collaborate with peers to enhance processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of machining experience (manufacturing environment preferred).
  • Proficiency with CNC mills, lathes, and related machining tools.
  • Deep understanding of machining methods, tooling strategies, and materials.
  • Strong blueprint and technical document interpretation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator and reliable team contributor.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certifications are a plus.
