Job Summary

Are you a skilled Scientist ready to impact life-changing therapies? A Top-Tier Global Pharma Leader is seeking a Scientist III in Ridgefield, NJ. This role offers an incredible opportunity to drive routine and non-routine bioassay testing and lead critical instrumentation qualification activities within a state-of-the-art cGMP laboratory. salary: $60 - 70 per hour


Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and non-routine bioassay testing for raw materials, in-process samples, stability, and finished products.
  • Operate and maintain Hamilton Microlab STAR automated liquid handling systems using BioStat, PLA, or SoftMax Pro software.
  • Conduct strict cGMP qualification, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for laboratory instrumentation (Hamilton, Rheometers, FT-IR, CCIT, UV-Vis).
  • Author technical reports, SOPs, protocols, and investigation documentation in compliance with FDA and ICH guidelines.
  • Support method qualification, validation, and transfer activities while collaborating with external vendors.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Life Sciences discipline with 6-8 years of cGMP laboratory experience, OR a Master's degree with 5 years of cGMP laboratory experience.
  • Documented scientific technical writing ability and proficiency in lab-based data management systems.
  • U.S. citizenship or green card (No Visa sponsorship allowed by client).

Preferred

  • Hands-on experience with Hamilton Microlab STAR bioassays and statistical software.
  • Experience with Rheometers, FT-IR, UV-Vis, and instrument qualification.
  • Deep familiarity with FDA and USP global compendia requirements.
