We are seeking a Regulatory Project Manager to lead the execution of a regulatory initiative, overseeing end-to-end delivery with a focus on compliance, governance, budget management, and sustainable implementation. This is a hybrid role requiring three days onsite each week in Midtown Manhattan.

This is a mid-sized company operating in the business services sector with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.

Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of the SEC Rule 15c3-3 initiative, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards
  • Establish project structure, governance, and execution frameworks, maintaining clear stakeholder alignment and accountability
  • Drive planning and execution across workstreams, adapting to evolving regulatory requirements and integrating updates as needed
  • Manage cross-functional coordination across business, compliance, and technology teams while providing regular status reporting and issue resolution
  • Oversee financial tracking and project governance, and lead transition to BAU with formal closure, lessons learned, and sustainability of controls

Profile

  • 10+ years of regulatory project management experience, with strong knowledge of SEC regulations and Broker-Dealer compliance
  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record; proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Proven ability to collaborate across business, compliance, and technology teams with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues, manage tight timelines, and drive initiatives to successful outcomes
