About The Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their growing London team.

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of approximately 130 residential properties, managing the full tenancy lifecycle while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants. What You'll Be Doing

• Managing a residential property portfolio from move-in to move-out
• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Negotiating tenancy renewals and helping minimise void periods
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs, inspections, and compliance
• Monitoring rental arrears and resolving account queries
• Managing deposits, check-outs, and property inspections
• Processing invoices and maintaining accurate property records
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience every step of the way
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years' experience in residential property management
• Strong knowledge of the lettings and property management process
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Ability to manage a busy portfolio and prioritise effectively
