This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain functions and domains, as well as the ability to translate user stories into detailed data and analytics requirements. - Conduct thorough data discovery to identify key data sources and understand the current data landscape.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements from a data readiness perspective
- Identify and develop business processes with respective process owners related to the creation/maintenance of critical data elements
- Establish and implement data quality metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of data solutions
- Orchestrate Data Governance framework with supply chain functions to ensure data quality improvements and KPIs are met
- Monitor data quality and integrity throughout the planning/supply chain transformation project lifecycle, identifying and resolving data issues promptly.
- Measurement of Plan quality in terms of demand supportability, plan recommendation stability
- Implement best practices for data governance and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Identify root causes of data-related issues and develop strategies to resolve them.
- Provide recommendation of system and implement process improvements to prevent data quality issues
- Work with GTS and business teams to troubleshoot and rectify data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
- Develop and maintain documentation for issue resolution processes and procedures.
- Lead cross-functional workshops and meetings to drive alignment and integration of data solutions and governance
- Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding.
Preferred (Qualifications/experiences that are preferred for the position)
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, business, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in data management, analytics, or governance, ideally within supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or procurement.
- Hands-on experience with data governance frameworks and master data management (MDM) principles.
- Experience using BI solutions (e.g. Tableau, Sisense, Power BI) and Advanced Excel & modelling skills
- Experience in different phases of the data project lifecycle from strategy and advisory, scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training and deployment
- Working knowledge of business process analysis methodology and how to extract business value from data.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
