About The Role

Hours, Training and Location
- Start date 13th August with interviews scheduled to run on 22nd July so apply now!
- Contract duration is 6 months with the possibility of extension or permanent appointment
- Rate of pay is $33.53 per hour + super + Penalty Rates!
- Full-time positions, 37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day including unpaid lunch break
- Shift option 1 Sunday to Thursday (Sunday loading 68%)
- Shift option 2 Tuesday to Saturday (Saturday loading 50%)
- Shift option 3 Monday to Saturday (Saturday loading 50% - every second Saturday with a mid-weekday off)
- Rotating shifts, with start times between 6 30AM and 10 00AM
- Finish times between 2 30pm and 6 00pm
- Supported onsite training at our Eight-Mile Plains location
- Hybrid work from home – combination of onsite and at home after 3 – 6 months, based on performance.
- Chatting with members to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
- Creating positive experiences with every interaction
- Staying up to date with RACQ’s products and services
- Friendly, engaging, and genuinely enjoy helping others
- Calm under pressure and quick to bounce back from challenges
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Confident using computers and communicating clearly
- Hold a minimum Year 12 High School Certificate
