Min 5-8 Years of Proven experience in sales analysis, business analytics, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales conversion rates, lead generation metrics, and customer acquisition costs.
- Identify factors influencing sales performance and collaborate with the sales team to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and relevant business insights.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to set realistic sales targets and support strategic planning initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards to communicate sales performance, trends, and forecasts to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to gather relevant data and insights.
- Align sales analytics and reporting initiatives with overall business objectives and growth strategies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the sales cycle and recommend strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain and optimize the use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date sales data.
