Purpose of Job Maputo
Sasol in Mozambique offers three (3) internship opportunities for young Mozambicans, recent Bachelor's Degree graduates, who wish to participate in an internship program at Sasol with duration of 6 months. The selected candidates will have the opportunity to intern in Maputo Office, according to the number of vacancies available in the areas described below.
For these vacancies, priority will be given to candidates who are Mozambican citizens, without professional experience and residing in the districts of the province of Maputo.
The Sasol Mozambique Internship Program will include the following training areas:
Intern in the Licensing and Permits area for Gas Projects: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering and/or Law (1 Position);
Intern in the Legal area: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (1 Position);
Intern in the Business Support area: Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Geoscience of Petroleum & Gas (1 Position).
Purpose of Job Temane
Sasol in Mozambique offers Twelve (12) internship opportunities for young Mozambicans, recent graduates of Technical High School Diploma and Bachelor's Degree, according to the position requirements., who wish to participate in an internship program at Sasol with duration of 6 months. The selected candidates will have the opportunity to intern in Temane (CPF), according to the number of vacancies available in the areas described below.
For these vacancies, priority will be given to candidates who are Mozambican citizens, without professional experience and residing in the districts of the province of Inhambane.
The Sasol Mozambique Internship Program will include the following training areas:
Supply Chain Intern: Degree in Administration, Agricultural Economics or Economics, Logistics, Statistics (1 vacancy);
SHE-PSM Intern: Degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or ITC Process Artisans (1 vacancy);
Well Services and Integrity (WS&I) Interns: Degree in Engineering Mechanical, Petroleum, Mining, Drilling or an equivalent (2 vacancies);
PSA-IPF Plant – Production Interns: Level 4 Vocational Certificate – Natural Gas Processor (2 vacancies);
PSA-Plant – Wells Interns: Level 4 Vocational Certificate – Natural Gas Processor (2 vacancies);
PPA - Production Interns: Level 4 Vocational Certificate – Natural Gas Processor (2 vacancies);
Local Content Intern: Degree in Administration, Agricultural Economics or Management (1 vacancy);
Technical Surface Facilities – Lab Intern: Degree in Chemistry, Laboratory Analysis, or Intermediate Medium Technical Level in Chemistry – Industrial Institute (1 vacancy).
Minimum Requirements
- Resident in Maputo or Inhambane Province, being located near Sasol facilities will be considered an advantage;
- Recent graduate of Technical High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (in the academic year 2024/25), according to the position requirement in the above-mentioned areas;
- Age between 18 and 35 years old;
- Mozambican nationality and carry a valid Mozambican identification document;
- Never been a beneficiary of a professional internship at Sasol or other companies;
- Have a good knowledge of English, is an advantage.
