TrueLoyal is looking for an experienced back-end engineer to join our team. We value an engineer that can not only code well, but also has a vested interest in making cross-department contributions. We use Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, OpenSearch, Redis, Amazon Timestream, React and a whole lot more.

What We’re Looking For Essential
- Expertise in developing APIs using Ruby on Rails and familiarity with REST and data formats like JSON.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills, with experience supporting developers in a remote, collaborative environment.
- A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and adaptability to change.
- Experience with Python, MongoDB or OpenSearch.
- Strong understanding of automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with AWS services (e.g. SNS/SQS, S3, Timestream) and DevOps principles.
- Experience working with container technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like AWS ECS or EKS.
- Understanding of configuring scalable and customizable features for enterprise clients.
