SCCI is seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our team! In this position, you will lead a team of engineers for a Combat Systems Engineering contract. This position is in support of future work expected in 2027 and is located in Dahlgren, VA.
This position may require occasional travel.

Responsibilities
- Leading and managing a large-scale enterprise level development organization including system engineering, certification, design, development, unit testing, integration testing, verification and validation, deployment and engineering innovation
- Reviewing briefing materials and providing technical reports as required
- Projecting funding and personnel requirements
- Tracking and projecting scheduling for multiple concurrent technical efforts
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an Active Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, business, or technical discipline; Or 8 years of demonstrated directly related experience in the management of a DoD engineering program
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years demonstrated experience monitoring and reporting contract performance status and metrics, financial coordination and reporting, and the coordination of task/delivery orders coordinating development activities for engineering systems and capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
