Who may succeed in this position?
- Are you passionate about Exercise Physiology and Human Performance?
- Are you excited about testing newly developed tools for monitoring exercise and human movement?
- Do you have a strong aptitude for writing and communicating the basic benefits of research tools to an exercise physiology or biomechanics audience?
- Are you interested in developing products that play a key role in the advancement of human physiological monitoring for research and applied markets?
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Exercise Sciences from Canadian, American, or European Universities.
- 1-5 yrs of working experience in a Research Lab
- Experience working effectively in a collaborative environment
- Proven working experience in technical writing of lab tutorials to research findings (abstract writing to writing research articles for international publication)
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
- A knowledge of exercise lab instruments (Exercise Physiology to Electromyography to Motion Capture systems)
- You will be working with content and market development team of 4.
- Work with R&D and content development team to obtain an in-depth understanding of the EMG & Physiological monitoring tools
- You will champion the production of high-quality documentation (Flyers, Blogs and Support material for video production and webinar) appropriate for applied human performance/ sports research audience
- You will proactively gather information (Journal articles to statements) from leading industry experts to develop content for the web and print (technical notes to how to manuals, tailored applications)
- You will write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides
- You will create YouTube tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
