We are seeking an innovative and passionate Senior Curriculum Developer who brings together deep expertise in child pedagogy, psychology, and curriculum design. With 3-5 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in creating world-class, learner-centric programs that foster critical thinking, creativity, and holistic development. You will be entrusted with designing curricula that resonate with diverse age groups while aligning with international education standards such as IB, Cambridge, and Common Core. Responsibilities

  • Design, structure, and deliver engaging curricula tailored to different age groups and learning styles.
  • Integrate global best practices into instructional frameworks, ensuring international competitiveness and relevance.
  • Create project-based, inquiry-driven, and interdisciplinary modules that go beyond rote learning.
  • Translate child psychology and developmental theories into practical teaching strategies.
  • Build differentiated learning pathways to support diverse learners, including advanced, average, and struggling students.
  • Incorporate social-emotional learning (SEL), cultural diversity, and inclusive practices across all content.
  • Mentor and train teachers to confidently implement curricula with fidelity and creativity.
  • Conduct regular workshops on pedagogy, assessments, and emerging teaching methodologies.
  • Create clear teaching guides, lesson plans, and digital learning resources.
  • Design holistic assessment systems that measure more than just academic performance, focusing on skills, creativity, and problem-solving.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track curriculum effectiveness.
  • Continuously refine curriculum through feedback from educators, parents, and learners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Education, Child Development, Psychology, Curriculum Studies, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in curriculum development, pedagogy, or academic leadership.
  • Strong understanding of child learning psychology across multiple age groups.
  • Proven experience in international curricula design (IB, Cambridge, Common Core, etc. ).
  • Excellent research, instructional design, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities to inspire and guide teams.
