Compensation: $122,000 – $184,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent client and internal revenue cycle projects
- Ensure thorough project scope definition and budgeting
- Collaborate on improving Standard Operating Model (SOM) processes
- Develop and enforce adherence to SOM SOPs from intake to operations
- Oversee the Intake request and approval process for all initiatives
- Track portfolio performance and manage critical risks
- Support AVP in achieving corporate vision and quality standards
- Drive SOM and EPM governance processes
- Partner collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Expand enterprise SOM and EPMO to support business growth
- 10-15 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations
- Strong leadership in Operations, Technology, and Strategic initiatives
- Expertise in Revenue Cycle KPIs and financial metrics
- 5 years of Program/Project Management experience on concurrent projects
- Proven ability to lead high-performance teams
- Exceptional executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Ability to maintain discipline while adapting to rapid business growth
- Extensive experience managing governance and large-scale integration projects
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple enterprise initiatives
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for project support
