Senior Performance Engineer
MCO (MyComplianceOffice)
Hyderabad, Telangana, India
Quality Assurance / Control
Job Description
As Senior Performance Engineer, you will own the end-to-end performance testing lifecycle for one or more product domains at MCO. You will design and execute complex load and stress scenarios, analyse results, surface root-cause insights, and collaborate directly with development and infrastructure teams to ship fixes.
Reporting to the Performance Engineering Tech Lead, you will contribute to the tooling, scripting standards, and CI/CD integration that the Performance Engineering Centre of Enablement (CoE) is building across MCO. This is a hands-on individual contributor role — the right person will love being in the data, debugging slow queries, tuning JVM heap settings, and writing clean test scripts as much as they enjoy presenting findings to engineering and product teams.
