• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory experience in an advertising agency environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles etc.
• Experience in creating integrated campaigns (digital, social & print).
• Experience with AI tools such as Higgsfield, Freepik AI, Gemini, etc.
• Ability to conceptualize campaigns from brief to final execution.
• Attend client meetings, understand briefs, and translate business objectives into creative output.
• Coordinate with account managers to align creative solutions with business goals.
• Present creative concepts confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage and mentor junior designers.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Attention to detail with high standards of visual quality and consistency.
• Demonstrate strong illustrative skills and create rough sketches when required.
• Create and modify typography in line with brand guidelines.
• Develop designs, concepts, and layout samples based on sound design principles.
• Collaborate effectively with designers, copywriters, team leads, and marketing teams.
• Basic understanding of print production, digital asset specifications, and file preparation.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
• A well-curated and updated professional portfolio is mandatory.
