
Job Description
Technical & Project Delivery
- Undertake hydrological, hydraulic, and water resources modelling for infrastructure and development projects.
- Lead in flood risk assessments, drainage design, stormwater management, and water quality studies.
- Prepare technical calculations, reports, and design documentation in accordance with statutory requirements and project specifications.
- Assist in the review of modelling outputs and technical submissions from internal and external parties.
- Coordinate with internal teams (environment, coastal, geotechnical, transport) to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Liaise with clients, authorities, and project stakeholders to support technical submissions and approvals.
- Assist in responding to authority queries and review comments.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
- Assist in managing project deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Contribute to quality assurance and compliance with internal standards and governance requirements.
- Stay current with relevant codes, guidelines, and best practices in water resources engineering.
- Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
- Assist with proposal development and technical inputs for business development activities.
- Degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore) with 7-10 years of relevant experience in the following areas:
- Familiar with the PUB Code of Practice on Surface Water drainage
- Hydraulic modelling using MIKE+, MIKE-11, MIKE-21, XP-SWMM, PC-SWMM, or equivalent
- Flood impact assessment
- Active-Beautiful-Clean (ABC) Waters design
