Title: Service Delivery Analyst, Temporary - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week
Salary Range: $101,751.32 to $118,251.57 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience) (12-month contract)

The key focus areas of this role include:
- Support the Service Desk and Delivery Team and all of IDT with technical escalation and help them to deliver according to SLA, KPI requirements.
- Adhere to and expand ITIL best practices and processes per the Council’s ITSM requirements
- Technical project involvement with internal staff training / engagement
- Provide an excellent customer experience in delivering all IT Services to internal and external customers
We’re looking for a dynamic Technical Analyst to join our Delivery Team. You’ll bring self-motivation and a proactive technology mindset to a team passionate about making a difference to our community.
