What You Will Do:

• Administer and configure Slack workspaces for efficient collaboration.
• Build and manage workflow automations to streamline tasks.
• Integrate Slack with third-party tools and internal systems.
• Deliver remote training and onboarding sessions for users.
• Analyze Slack usage metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with teams to identify and solve communication challenges.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, timely support.

What We Are Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience using Slack.
• Strong skills in Slack administration and workspace management.
• Experience building Slack workflows and automations.
• Ability to integrate Slack with other platforms.
• Experience delivering training and onboarding remotely.
• Comfort analyzing data and improving user engagement.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points:

• Experience supporting AI training or data projects.
• Background working in remote-first environments.
