- 2 x Electrical Construction Managers
- 1 x Mechanical Construction Manager
- Manage day-to-day construction activities on site
- Ensure all works are delivered in line with HSEQ standards and project requirements
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
- Monitor progress against programme and report on milestones
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, particularly within regulated environments
- Support commissioning and handover phases where required
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager on substation, power, or infrastructure projects
- Strong bias in either Electrical or Mechanical discipline
- Experience working to strict standards, ideally within:
- National Grid
- DNOs (UKPN, SSEN, SPEN, WPD, etc.)
- Rail infrastructure environments
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- 3 Day First Aid at Work
- £400/day (flexible engagement via CIS or Ltd Company)
- Long-term, stable project (minimum 2 years)
- Opportunity to work on a high-profile infrastructure scheme
