- Take ownership and execute assigned tasks for the product closure process, ensuring all actions are completed according to agreed milestones and defined processes, with active collaboration among stakeholders.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute product closures in line with business decisions and targets.
- Open, monitor, and close change controls related to product closures, including assessment set selection and assignment of tasks to relevant experts.
- Maintain up-to-date master data and GMP documentation throughout the closure process.
- Support the development and implementation of a centralized, standardized product closure process.
- Participate in Change Management Meetings (CMM) for product closure, ensuring participation from all critical stakeholders (business, regulatory, QA, supply chain, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards.
- Write documents into Orion’s IT systems.
- Preparation and maintenance of lists/documents/records and archiving at appropriate place.
- To assist the overall working of Indian Pharmaceutical team.
- Perform other tasks as appointed by Supervisors.
