Responsibilities

As a Product Manager for TeamViewer ONE, you will play a key role in planning and executing the roadmap for our next-generation digital workplace platform. You will work at the intersection of endpoint management, remote connectivity, and Digital Employee Experience (DEX) to help IT teams stay ahead of modern workplace challenges.

  • User Advocacy: Develop a deep understanding of IT managers, admins, and MSPs through regular engagement and feedback.
  • Discovery & Execution: Validate features through user interviews, prototypes, and data analysis to ensure we build what matters most.
  • Roadmap Management: Contribute to the end-to-end roadmap, taking ownership of specific features from ideation through to delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner daily with engineering, design/UX, and marketing to bring high-quality solutions to life.
  • Data-Informed Iteration: Track KPIs and success metrics to guide continuous improvement and pivot when necessary.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure product quality, performance, and reliability are maintained throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years experience in Product Management, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with (or a strong desire to learn) endpoint management, remote support, or IT operations software.
  • Comfortable using telemetry and data dashboards to inform product decisions.
  • Ability to engage in technical discussions regarding APIs, integrations, and security (SSO, RBAC).
  • Practical experience working in agile or lean product development environments.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
  • Exposure to automation, orchestration, policy engines or AI/ML-driven insights.
  • Prior experience working with MSPs or in IT operations
