Day Shifts
A major semiconductor manufacturer is hiring hands-on, mechanically minded individuals to support equipment operations, inspections, troubleshooting, and production activities in a high-tech cleanroom environment. This is an excellent fit for Technical Associate grads, military tech backgrounds, or anyone completing a two-year technical program who enjoys working with tools, systems, and technical documentation.

Technical college grads

Day Shifts
- A: Sun–Tue + alternating Wed (6:45 AM–7:15 PM)
- C: Thu–Sat + alternating Wed (6:45 AM–7:15 PM)
- B: Sun–Tue + alternating Sat (6:45 PM–7:15 AM)
- D: Wed–Fri + alternating Sat (6:45 PM–7:15 AM)

What You’ll Do
- Perform basic equipment checks, inspections, and routine maintenance
- Assist with troubleshooting using meters, gauges, and diagnostic tools
- Handle component swaps, adjustments, and simple repairs under guidance
- Follow detailed work instructions, safety procedures, and process controls
- Document findings clearly in logs, checklists, or digital systems
- Support production teams with equipment monitoring and workflow stability
- Technical Associate degree, trade school certificate, or military tech experience
- Comfort working with tools, wiring, test equipment, or mechanical assemblies
- Ability to read diagrams, follow procedures, and stay detail-oriented
- Reliable, steady work style — must follow safety rules and cleanroom protocols
- Open to 12-hour shifts (day or night) in a climate-controlled facility
