Responsibilities

  • Provide assessments of client investment allocations
  • Assist in the management of investment systems including developing client investment recomemendations
  • Peform analysis of clients finiancial situation for financial planning purposes
  • Manage systems created for client contacts and prospects. Including emails, social media, newsletters, mailings, etc.
  • Maintain and assist in creation and distribution of updated marketing materials
  • Willing to learn and become proficient at all operatonal systems currently used by The Carta Group (eMoney, Redtail, YCharts, FI360, Morningstar, FMG Suite)
  • Work closely with Carta Group members to ensure all incoming client service requests are handled in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Maintain neat, timely and accurate records for regulatory and business purposes.
  • Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Education: College Degree in the area of Finance or Business.
  • Skills: Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills; intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel,Power Point and email systems skills.
  • Experience: Minimum of one (1) year experience

Hours:40 hours/week

Compensation: Commensurate with experience plus potential for annual merit increase.
