Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Travel Account Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for international travelers, providing expert assistance with bookings, itinerary management, and customer support. If you have a passion for the travel industry and a proven track record in BPO customer service, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking & Reservations: Assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, and car rentals using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) or proprietary travel software.
- Itinerary Management: Manage end-to-end travel plans, including modifications, cancellations, and complex re-routings.
- Problem Resolution: Address travel-related issues such as delayed flights, lost baggage, or hotel discrepancies with empathy and efficiency.
- Upselling: Recommend travel insurance, upgraded accommodations, and tour packages to enhance the customers experience.
- Documentation: Ensure all travel documents, visas, and health requirements are communicated accurately to the client.
- Education: High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (K-12).
- Experience: At least one (1) year of BPO experience specifically Voice International
- Technical Skills: A high level of computer literacy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Soft Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and a "customer-first" mindset.
- Availability: Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Competitive Salary: Competitive basic salary ranging from PHP 18,000 to PHP 20,000+ (depending on location and experience)..
- Paid Leaves: Up to 22 Paid Leaves annually.
