Your Mission Will Be

• Provide functional support for Unit4 ERP across one or more modules;
• Assist users by analysing issues, proposing solutions, and ensuring system stability;
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business processes and functional needs;
• Support system improvements and participate in functional enhancements;
• Ensure clear communication with stakeholders and documentation of functional topics.

You Will Need

• Basic to solid knowledge of functional support in Unit4 ERP;
• Around 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar functional role;
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Experience working in ERP functional support environments;
• Familiarity with business processes and end-user support;
• A proactive mindset and willingness to grow within a consulting context;
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
• Previous exposure to international or multicultural projects.
