Inspire is seeking a transformative, strategic and collaborative Vice President of Talent Management to serve as a senior enterprise leader responsible for building and scaling a best-in-class talent management system that strengthens leadership capability and culture, deepens bench strength, accelerates execution, and reduces enterprise risk across Inspire’s multi-brand portfolio.

Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, the VP will partner closely with HR Peers, the executive leadership team (Management Committee), Brand Presidents, and other senior leaders to ensure Inspire’s people strategy directly supports growth and long-term shareholder value. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic, forward-thinking HR leader who aspires to help shape Inspire’s talent strategy.

Responsibilities

Enterprise Talent Strategy & Architecture

  • Design and lead Inspire’s end-to-end talent management strategy, including:
    • Leadership development
    • Performance management
    • Succession planning
    • High-potential identification
    • Executive and critical-role readiness
  • Create a cohesive enterprise talent framework that scales across brands while preserving brand identity
Leadership Bench Strength & Succession

  • Own enterprise-wide succession planning for executive, VP, and mission-critical roles
  • Ensure Inspire has ready-now and ready-soon successors for key leadership positions
  • Partner with the CPO to prepare succession materials

Performance & Accountability

  • Evolve Inspire’s performance management approach to drive:
    • Clear accountability
    • Faster decision-making
    • Stronger differentiation of performance
  • Ensure performance outcomes are tightly aligned to business priorities and enterprise goals
Leadership Capability Building

  • Define non-negotiable leadership expectations across Inspire
  • Lead enterprise leadership development initiatives focused on:
    • Senior leader effectiveness
    • Enterprise mindset
    • Operating rigor in a complex, multi-brand environment
Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience

  • Drive initiatives that strengthen company culture, including recognition programs, values-based leadership, engagement strategies, and employee listening systems
  • Promote a consistent and inclusive team member experience across all brands and locations

Data-Driven Talent Insights

  • Translate talent data into business-relevant insights for peers and executives
  • In partnership with VP Workforce Management & Talent Acquisition, develop dashboards and scorecards that connect:
    • Leadership stability
    • Bench strength
    • Readiness
    • Performance outcomes to financial and operational results
Education And Experience Qualifications

  • 4-year Degree required
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in talent management, leadership development, or organizational effectiveness.
  • Proven experience operating in:
    • A shared services operating model within multi-brand, multi-business, or matrixed organizations
    • High-growth or transformation environments
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, Or ABILITIES

  • Strong executive presence with experience influencing C-suite and Board-level stakeholders
  • Track record of building and scaling high-impact talent programs in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
  • Demonstrated ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes
  • Experience supporting or operating within a public company or IPO-ready environment strongly preferred

This position sits in our Atlanta Support Center, with the expectation to be onsite 80% of the time.
