Voip Engineer

About the role

We're an AI-native platform running high-volume US calling operations (inbound and outbound). We're looking for a VoIP Engineer to join us in Stockholm and own call deliverability end to end, making sure our calls connect, our numbers stay healthy, and issues get diagnosed and fixed at a foundational level rather than worked around.

This is a hands-on, in-person role for someone who deeply understands how the phone network works underneath the abstractions, and who moves fast, pairing strong VoIP fundamentals with AI-assisted coding to ship fixes.

What you'll do

- Improve deliverability and answer rates on both inbound and outbound dials

- Integrate and configure telephony providers and dialers (e.g. TCN, Twilio, Telnyx)

- Set up and manage SIP trunks, routing, codecs, and call flows

- Diagnose and remediate call-quality, number-reputation/spam-labeling, and delivery problems at the network level

- Work at a high pace and use AI coding tools to build and ship solutions quickly

Must have

- Deep understanding of the PSTN and SIP/VoIP signaling

- Hands-on experience with dialers and mass outbound dialing in the US

- Strong grasp of carrier relationships, number reputation, spam mitigation, and STIR/SHAKEN

- Ability to debug and resolve issues at a foundational level, not just at the surface

- Comfortable leveraging AI coding tools to move fast and solve problems independently

- Based in or willing to relocate to Stockholm for an on-site role

Nice to have

- Experience in ARM, financial services, or contact-center environments

- Familiarity with US calling compliance (TCPA, state calling rules)

- Prior work scaling outbound voice operations
