The Customer Value Agreement Manager is responsible for the performance of our contract administrators and the financial health of our preventative maintenance service agreement business in a manner that reflects the company’s vision of working as “One Professional Team.” This manager will create data visualizations, analyze trends, and advise senior leaders on the status of quoted/active/expired contracts.

Pay range: $73,000.00 - $100,400.00 Annually

Pay is dependent upon education & experience.

Essential Functions

  • Oversee CVA enrollment process
  • Analysis of contract performance ensuring financial health on existing contracts
  • Manages contract balance sheets and provides necessary documentation for tax and audit purposes ensuring balance sheet and profit & loss statement accounting is accurate
  • Manage a team of contract administrators
  • Builds standard work processes related to contract administration and trains the organization on these processes
  • Creation of monthly reports on contract performance to inform service leadership on performance
  • Manages requests for administrative materials
  • Manages DBS data interface and data validation
  • Ensures deferred and electronic invoicing is complete monthly
  • Reviews work orders for proper contract billing
  • Reports TM&R financial statement monthly
  • Supports Equipment Management staff to ensure maintenance and repair work orders are opened on time with correct information
  • Collaborates with service teams to ensure work order data is accurate for contracts
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, direct, and develop staff
  • Provide regular performance feedback and conduct annual performance reviews for team of contract admins

Required Education And Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Some College or Trade School Preferred
  • Some leadership experience preferred
  • 3+ years accounting or project finance experience
  • 3+ years administrative/clerical experience

Physical Demands & Competencies

  • Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearing
  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing but may require occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
  • Data Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skills
  • Safety & Product Knowledge
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Intermediate knowledge of DBS

Travel Requirements

  • 10- 25%

Work Environment

  • Noise: Quiet
  • Indoors
