Member Duties : Recruit qualified VISTA members to fill positions in a timely manner for the Wake Food Security Project. Ensure VISTA members have appropriate training and resources to develop the knowledge and skills related to the project. Enhance VISTA project and member effectiveness by facilitating the VISTA team, supporting team members in their work, and monitoring monthly member reports. Contribute to VISTA project stability and sustainability
