We’ve got a specific vibe over here at Yard House (great food, classic rock, good beer—and loads of it) thanks in no small part to our Sales & Operations Managers leading the charge. They oversee the sales and marketing initiatives within a market for private group sales, making good on our promise to deliver consistently epic experiences for Guests. Additionally, the Sales & Operations Manager assists with daily operations and works events that are booked within the restaurant.

- Current, salaried management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant is preferred
- Ability to self-manage work schedule with varying demands and non- traditional hour requirements
- Ability to successfully operate in a work environment that requires significant time spent away from the restaurant out in the community
- Relevant experience in a Sales & Marketing role with high volume exposure in the restaurant, hotel or tourism industry
- Strong community connections and affiliations – seeks and identifies appropriate partnerships
- Can identify target guest groups and potential new business
- Strong online social presence and ability to engage socially
- Ability to resolve guest comments or complaints when necessary with a sense of urgency, poise, professionalism, and good judgment
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
