Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Web Designer to own the design process end-to-end, work directly with clients, and help raise the standard of everything we put out.

What you'll do

Lead the design process from kickoff through launch across marketing websites for B2B technology companies. Present and defend your work directly to clients — build trust, push back thoughtfully, drive alignment. Design responsive, conversion-minded websites that balance brand, clarity, and business goals. Work with PMs and developers to scope requirements and ensure feasibility. Mentor other designers through feedback, critique, and knowledge sharing. Contribute to design systems, processes, and internal standards that make us all better.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design process from kickoff through launch across marketing websites for B2B technology companies.
Present and defend your work directly to clients, build trust, push back thoughtfully, and drive alignment.
Design responsive, conversion-focused websites that balance brand, usability, and business goals.
Collaborate closely with PMs and developers to scope requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
Ensure design quality across the project lifecycle, including interaction design, responsiveness, accessibility, and performance considerations.
Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and design documentation.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools, and share knowledge and insights with the team.

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience designing for web, ideally at an agency or consultancy.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking and high-level visual craft, ideally including B2B, SaaS, or technology websites.
Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and conversion-focused design.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including latest features and prototyping functionality.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
Fluent English with the ability to clearly present and explain design decisions to clients over video calls.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to balance creativity and practicality in design solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Ability to go beyond initial creative direction and be self-motivated to deliver high-quality design work.
Ability to receive feedback with an open, collaborative attitude and iterate quickly.
Availability to work within the EST time zone.

Nice to have

Webflow knowledge. Brand design experience. Motion and interaction design chops — Lottie, Spline, Unicorn Studio, Jitter. AI-assisted design workflows — Krea, Flora, Midjourney.

Compensation & Benefits

Yearly salary: $36,000 - $54,000 (Based on experience, location, etc.)
