About King Abdullah Parents Foundation for Developmental Housing
KAFP has extensive experience in developing ◤high-quality housing projects◢ that effectively meet the needs of people.
The Foundation creates vibrant communities by providing social, educational & health services in its housing projects. Additionally, it conducts research to identify pressing housing needs and designs its projects accordingly.
▣The KAFP aims to achieve its objectives by
1. The Foundation develops affordable housing projects in poorest areas that align with local environmental guidelines and at a fair price.
2. Assign low-income individuals who qualify for housing based on the predetermined guidelines.
3. Manage apartment complex operations and create a comfortable and healthy environment.
4. The Foundation empowers residents of housing complexes through education and professional development to enhance their skills and enhance community participation.
5. Promote the construction of housing developments.
6. Increase the institution's financial resources by receiving and investing its assets.
▣Community Pledge: A better tomorrow
● 27 residential complexes were built for beneficiaries in the Kingdom, and 6,000 housing units were established in 5 projects for the displaced in the Jazan region.
● Focus on rehabilitation, training & comprehensive services for beneficiaries.
● Partnerships with government and private entities to accelerate construction and implementation.
● We aim to support Vision 2030 by empowering families & improving the quality of life.
