Kanso Coliving offers an innovative living experience in Madrid, Getafe, and Guadalajara, combining coliving and cohousing in prime locations—ideal for students and young professionals. With spaces designed for comfort, a dedicated support team, and activities that help you connect and enjoy the best of the city, Kanso Coliving fosters a vibrant, connected lifestyle. Founded in 2020, our mission is to create spaces that promote personal well-being and a strong sense of community. Initially focused on managing properties within our corporate group, we opened our doors to external owners last year, helping them optimize asset returns through flexible, hands-off management. We currently manage over 230 units across 12 properties in Madrid, Getafe, and Guadalajara, offering options such as coliving, cohousing, tourist flats, and boutique hostels. With over 350 units under development in Madrid and Malaga, we are committed to sustainable growth and innovation in Spain's major cities.
