KataKanjers are great at improving, developing and innovating, and powerful in coaching. KataKanjers helps people to realize a challenge or dream step by step, where no one had any idea how to get there. This is possible because you are learning very consciously along the way. In a pattern of thinking and doing (a Kata) with a basis in Lean thinking. The pattern becomes effective if you know how to apply it flexibly and in a people-oriented way (then you are a Kanjer).
With KataKanjers, Mariëlle Zwaga and Elske Heeren want you to grow into a KataKanjer. Our dream is a community of KataKanjers who help the people around them to realize their goals, challenges and dreams. To grow learning organizations together.
