Katori™ is an artisan food company curating a gourmet range of organic food products handcrafted by women artisans of Rajasthan. At the core of Katori is a network of women-owned collectives that employ over 200 women full-time and directly engage with over 2000 small and marginal farmers across the country.

Women artisans minimally process our products in small batches to maintain the highest standard of quality and authenticity.
